A traditional quaint, semi-detached, cottage situated on the pretty hillside of Agios Stefanos. A single story layout, it has an open plan lounge and dining area with an adjoining kitchen and 2 very pretty bedrooms, one double and one twin that share a shower room/WC.
With views to distant Albania and across the lovely countryside, dotted with cypress and olive trees, the private sun terrace with sun lounges and parasols is the perfect spot for cooling off and taking it easy in the warm sunshine.
Children also have their own section of the swimming pool, making this an ideal base for a family holiday. Agios Stefanos beach and resort centre can be found just a few kilometers away where there is a great selection of tavernas, shops, restaurants and a couple of bars so there is plenty to occupy a wide range of holidaymakers.
Air-conditioning is available, payable locally.

Local Area

Aghios Stefanos is a small bustling harbour with an excellent selection of eateries situated on the waterfront along with gift shops and a few bars, offering a friendly and lively atmosphere at night.
The thriving community of Aghios Stefanos is sheltered by the surrounding hills and car hire is recommended to venture further afield.
Boat hire, water sports are readily available.
There is a small beach in Aghios Stefanos and two gorgeous neighboring beaches, Kerasia to the south and Avlaki to the north that can be reached within a few minutes drive.
