Villa Limonia has a rustic décor with all modern facilities throughout. This villa stands in the delightfully peaceful countryside of Kato Korakiana with views over the surrounding olive groves. The charming features of wood beamed ceilings, wrought iron beds, tiled floors and exposed stonewalls make this villa warm and welcoming.
The spacious ground floor has a large and comfortably furnished lounge with fireplace that adjoins the open plan kitchen and dining area. There are French doors that lead directly to the shaded terrace that overlooks the garden.
On this floor there are also 2 twin bedrooms that share a large shower room/WC. The washing machine is also installed in this shower room. The 1st floor houses another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room/WC.
Access to the tiled pool is via the front door and garden path where there is also a built in barbecue and covered outdoor dining area. Air-conditioning in bedrooms only. Mosquito are nets throughout.

Local Area

Villa Limonia is just a short drive from the traditional picturesque village of Kato Korakiana where you can find a supermarket, bakers, a couple of tavernas and cafes. The village is surrounded by stunning olive groves and is just minutes from 2 equally pretty villages, Ano Korakiana and the historic Agios Markos.
The coastal resort of Dassia is close by just another 10 minutes drive and you have access to an excellent beach with plenty of water sports.
